Overall, the program seems quite useful. Here are my suggestions:
1) Correct the numerous grammatical and typing errors. Below are some corrections that should be addressed.
Note that others exist and should be corrected as well.
A) On the "Dashboard"

- this should be "Exams Manage your exams" or just "Exams Manager"
The "View Take List" tab should probably be "View Taken List"
The "Taken Link" tab should probably be "Test Link"
C) When creating a question, the menu item
"3. Do some setting" probably should be "3. Exam Settings"
D) On the EXAM CREATED SUCCESSFULLY window, the following lines should be corrected:
